BAREFOOT TRAIL
Barefoot walking differs from walking with shoes. First, we step on our toes, then slowly on the rest of the foot. Barefoot walking is one of the most effective natural physical therapies.
Effects of barefoot walking:
1. Strengthening foot muscles: Walking barefoot strengthens the muscles of the feet, as the feet are in contact with various natural surfaces, promoting natural foot movement and strengthening muscles and tendons. It helps develop healthy foot arches.
2. Improves balance: Walking on barefoot paths requires more balance and stability, which promotes the development of these abilities and improves body coordination.
3. Promoting circulation: Different surfaces on barefoot paths, such as cold water, sand, or stones, stimulate blood circulation in the feet and legs, which can improve blood flow and reduce swelling.
4. Reduced stress: Walking on barefoot paths is a natural form of relaxation that can reduce stress and tension, and calm the mind.
5. Activation of acupuncture points: There are numerous acupuncture points on our feet that are connected to organs and bodily functions. Walking on barefoot paths can activate these points and improve inner health.
6. Connection with nature: Barefoot paths allow direct contact with authentic nature, stimulating the senses, increasing environmental awareness, and strengthening the connection with the natural environment.
