BAREFOOT TRAIL
Barefoot walking differs from walking with shoes. First, we step on our toes, then slowly on the rest of the foot. Barefoot walking is one of the most effective natural physical therapies.
Effects of barefoot walking:

strengthening of small foot muscles,

helps in developing a healthy foot shape.
There are three different lengths of barefoot trails available at the resort.
1. SPIRAL BAREFOOT TRAIL
Location: by the pool.
Materials: 1 - fine sand, 2 - gravel, 3 - expanded clay, 4 - river pebble, 5 - humus, 6 - cones, 7 - wood chips, 8 - coarse sand, 9 - sand, 10 - tree branches, 11 - wooden balls.
2. SHORT BAREFOOT TRAIL
Location: apartment complex.
3. LONG BAREFOOT TRAIL
The 3.2 km long barefoot trail is equipped with twelve exercise elements. The trail runs through meadows, sand, forests, and other natural materials. You can also perform other Kneipp therapies such as arm baths and hay walking in the natural environment on the trail.
